Property Management Services

1. Weekly Inspection

The property will be visited and checked out at least on a weekly basis. Doors and windows will be opened so rooms can be aired.

2. Additional Services

Additional services are available these will include:

i. Meet and Greet for Guests
ii. Inventory and Damage Check on Departure
iii. Cleaning Services
iv. Linen and Laundry Services
v. Watering of Plants
vi. Arrangement of Airport Pick up and car hire in port.

3. Equipment Hire

Additional equipment can be hired for Guests including:

i. Travel Cots
ii. High Chairs
iii. Golf Clubs

4. Quotation Before Repair/Maintenance

Before any significant work of any type is carried out the quote will be fully examined and discussed with the owner. Small works and repairs up to the value of 40e will be carried out automatically.

5. Rental Service.

We will Endeavour to rent out properties on behalf of our clients and retain 15% of the total collected to fund marketing and sales costs. We have attracted nearly 400 enquiries this year, most of which I have passed to other agencies or booked for my properties. We already have long term guests in Duquesa Village who you are free to talk to about the properties and the area .
